Luckoni Trading & Investments Ltd may use third parties to carry out our services, to which we have no responsibility or liability. That includes: airport transfers, limousine hire, schauffer driven car hire, car sales, property refurbishment, property rentals & sales, property viewings,
business packages sales. The consumers/customers of services, organised/provided by Luckoni Trading & Investments Ltd fully understand and take whole responsibility for risks undertaken.
Luckoni Trading & Investments Ltd are neither official estate agent nor property broker in Italy and Costa Rica. Italy: we represent Italian Estate Agency/ies with their permission and by the contract in UK and in any part of the World we wish to take our business to. We intoduce a buyer/tenant to local estate agent/s we collaborate with working on behalf of a seller/landlord (Italy, UK) or to the developer/owner of the property (Costa-Rica, UK). Any sale/tennancy resulting from our services will be between the buyer/tenant and
an estate agent (Italy,UK) or/and owner (Costa-Rica, UK).
Any properties displayed on Luckoni.com websites are for indication only are not guaranteed to be correct or/and available at the time of the inspection trip or check-in and we do not guarantee the quality of a property. Italy & Costa-Rica: As well as we do update list of the properties displayed weekly, we cannot guarantee availability of any particular property at the time of your visit, however we'll do everything we can to make sure our customers will see property they going for or similar properties in same price range.
Relax & Buy Trips to Scalea, Italy or Costa-Rica:
Hotels and transfers provided by local Hotel/s and car/minibus transfer companies/individuals.
We cannot guarantee quality and accuracy of their services.
We may charge client a Holding Deposit of GBP 99 to secure your booking. This Depsoit will be refunded to you after you have returned from trip booked with us to your country of residence.
There is no obligation to buy a property to get full refund of Holding Deposit.
Holding Deposit is non-refundable if you'll decide to withdraw from taking a trip.
Please note: you will not be able to change dates of your trip after we've processed your reservation, so please choose carefully.
London Short Let Studios/Rooms:
Holding Deposits: deposits paid will not be refunded if you fail to check-in for any reason. Holding Deposit will be used as a Security Deposit after you have checked-in and will be refunded to you on your check-out (subject to premises and it's contains condition).
The rent paid/calculated will not be refunded/reduced if you decide to check-in later or check-out earlier than the date/s you have booked.
Booking date/s can be changed one time for a fee of GBP20 and at least 7 working days prior to check-in date booked. Extensions are free of charge.
We reserve our rights to refuse you check-in or charge you penalty (amount left at discretion of Manager) if you fail to pay on check-in for the whole term booked.
We might increase the rent slightly due to a number of people staying in a studio.
Airport transfers and Limo Hire are provided by selected third parties and we connot guarantee quality and accuracy of their services.
During your stay at the Studios/Rooms you will be considered as a Lodger and not a Tenant.
IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE NOT TO PAY YOUR RENT OR FAIL TO CHECK-OUT
By UK Law we have rights to remove all your belongings in case of not paying the rent or damaging premises and/or its contains on purpose or causing disturbance
(in this case you will be reported to the Police and you'll loose Security Deposit and rent paid).
Cleaning service: cleaning/ bed linen changing is provided by carefully selected third parties weekly or after/before every customer unless agreed otherwise or rent has been discounted.
Security: we cannot take responsibility for lost/stolen goods and items left at the Studios/Rooms.
Earlier check-in (anytime) or later check-out (until 6:30 p.m.) cost GBP20.
Later check-in and/or erlier check-out are free of charge.
Blocked drains will be charged GBP50 per plumber's visit.
Lost keys/locked out: lost keys replacement will be charged GBP20 per set of keys.
Every caretaker's visit in case of client locked him/herself out cost GBP20 11.30 a.m. - 6.30 p.m. and GBP60 at any other time.
