we'll make sure that you'll see as much properties within your budget as possible
PLEASE NOTE: most of the poperties we have for sale are NOT available from any other agency or/and mediatory operating in Scalea
We suggest you to book at least 2-4 days inspection trip to make sure
our partners will have enough time to help you find property you are looking for,
open Italian Bank Account and obtain Codice Fiscale necessary for the purchase
During your visit to Scalea booked with us we shall:
-book you a hotel
-book an Airport Transfer or explain how to use the Train Services
-drive you to all the properties that suit your budget
-briefly guide you through the local attractions
-help you with translation (our partners speak Italian, English & Russian)
-help you with every step on your way to your dream holiday home in Italy
After you return to the UK we shall:

-help you communicate with the Italian Estate Agent in Scalea
-organise your return trip for the Notary - for the final payment and getting
keys to your property
-make sure you'll receive your Deed for the property
-help you organise the payment of your bills
-guide you through the maintenance process
-advice you on further letting opportunities of your property
-give you free word of advise on any needs you might have in the future
