1. Lucky Habitat (housing association). Created and sold as an active and profitable business. Successful residential housing provider in NW London (UK). Company was sold onward in 2010 due to owner's retirement.

 

2. Short Let London - we conceptualised, created and promoted this business in 2007 and later sold it for a profit. During our ownership, it was a provider of high standard accommodation in London for short term rentals. We have consulted new owners until 2010. Company is still trading.

 

3. We currently own brands and provide marketing, consulting and customer service for ScaleaProperty.com and RussianScalea.ru - trading names of the most successful estate agency in the city Scalea (Italy) and Calabria region (Southern Italy). Under these brands, the agency has sold more than 1,000 holiday homes to it's customers during our partnership. Company is still trading successfully, selling freehold and leasehold properties in Italy to clients from all over the world in collaboration with Servizi Immobiliari Srl.

 

4. MyAlps.co.uk and MyAlps.ru - brand and project was created in collaboration with RaiffeisenBank Immobilien (Austria) to sell a block of flats in Austrian Alps (Bad Goisern, Salzkammergut region). We have consulted its owners during 2012-2014 (Austria).  We have helped to create the project brand, marketing strategy and provided customer service. The business mission was successfully completed within 2 years and project closed with all flats sold.

 

5. VIPcalabria.com - we assisted in creating this brand and provided strategy consulting, marketing consulting and customer service to sell a number of luxury properties in Italy to international clients. The Brand was later sold for profit.

 

6. PanoramaScalea - we have helped create this brand and provided strategy consulting, marketing consulting and customer service to sell a block of 65 flats in Italy to international clients. The mission was accomplished and project was closed.  

 

7. We currently own the brand and provide marketing for RibordyWatches.com - Swiss made custom watches (Switzerland).

 

8. We currently own the RUBL.co.uk brand - Russian Business in London Facebook and Meetup group. Networking events are organised for Russian-speaking business people in London.

 

9. We currently own the AutoServiceLondon.com brand - the most popular Russian speaking website for car repair centre in London.

 

10. We currently own italia-outlet.ru - an advertising site for Italian fashion outlets in Russian language. #1 Google ranks.

 

11. We currently own italyHolidayLet.com brand - seaside holiday accommodation in South of Italy.

 

13. We  are currently the main investors in StayinnLondon.com - long-let and short-let accommodation provider in NW/Central London.

 

14. We currently own 1London.ru brand - an advertising site for chauffeur (provided and operated by 3rd party), tour guides and interpreter services for Russian-speaking UK visitors.

 

15. We currently own the brand, provide marketing and customer service for LibertyCatamarans.com  -  large (6.5m) inflatable and folding boats (catamarans) for personal and business use.
